Welcome to the Coast Cages website.  Our company has been manufacturing high quality small animal and bird cages, right here in California, for almost 50 years.  In 1983, we purchased Steiner Cages, which had been in business since 1958. Our major goals are safety and quality. All of our cages are designed with the animal in mind, and with the 60+ years of experience that we have In the pet industry. We owned pet stores before buying Coast Cages many years ago, and could not find quality animal cages to suit our needs. So we took design in to our own hands. All of our cages are designed around the animal they are built for. All of our cages are open air, bar style cages to promote airflow and ventilation. They are made of thick gauge wire and galvanized sheet metal for strength, and will stand the test of time. They are all made as one piece, making them stronger and safer that other brands, and all come fully assembled.They are then non-toxic powder coated.  All of our cages are lead and zink free.  We use only the thickest ABS plastics to prevent chew-through for as long as possible, and offer replacement plastic parts to all our customers at our cost. Your satisfaction is our number one concern, and we want to be sure our customers are well taken care of in every respect.
