Are China's bird and small animal cages safe?

Is there zinc or lead in the paint? Do they use steel or animal-unsafe iron? NO ONE KNOWS!!!!

After speaking to a few people at the American Pet Products Association, I found that THERE IS NO REGULATION ON ANY PET PRODUCTS THAT COME OUT OF CHINA!!!

WOULD YOU REALLY TRUST WHAT CAN'T BE REGULATED?

I called Petsmart and Hagen, two of the largest names in the pet industry, and asked them if there was any lead, zinc, or other toxic materials in the products they received from China, and I could not get an answer.

If China is selling TOYS TO CHILDREN that contain HARMFUL CHEMICALS, and DOG FOOD that is POISONOUS, maybe there is something wrong.......

THE SOLUTION? You should be able to buy a product for your pet that you KNOW is safe.
